What Is Ranma 1/2 Season 3 About?

The premise is unchanged: teenage martial artist Ranma Saotome turns into a girl when splashed with cold water and back into a boy with hot water, all because of the cursed springs of Jusenkyo, while his father Genma transforms into a panda.

Ranma wins with ease, and a humiliated Ryoga swears revenge, only for Cologne to appear with a training offer.
